Hi,
My client has claimed that users on their initial secure HomePage can’t reset passwords. They actually did not even receive the message stating to reset their pass. Helpdesk support has reported they got the message which means the service is working but comes with a bad email address and is then discarded by the scam system. So, the message never gets its final end to the user mailbox.
The bad email address is like [azevedotravassos@azevedotravassos.com.br]
This address does not exist and I don’t know where to fix this.
Please, give me a light.

Never heard this before. It can’t come from our plugin. You most likely have another plugin on this site that is contributing to this.
Do you have some kind of a spam prevention plugin that is making that email address all messed up?
