Hello, is it possible to save then restore the settings?

And to move them from a sandbox shop to the production shop?

Also please make sure to read the following post about moving the eStore:

Products and Customers lost (but not Settings) after moving from local PC

It is always a good idea to make a backup before moving. However note if you move all the tables (as talked about in the link above) you should not lose your settings and products.
