Hi Guys,
You’d think I’d have this stuff down cold by now, but I seem to need a review every time I set up a new project with your plugins.
Quick question about creating a parser in Aweber.
I have eStore on my main site, which has only been selling physical products up until now. I recently decided to start selling info products on there as well (probably not relevant, but figured it might help to include all details). No Aweber sign up for the physical product sales, but I DO want to create lists for the various info product packages being sold.
If my “From” address in eStore Settings (eg sales@mysite.com) is used to create a parser does that mean regardless of how many different lists I have for different products, all I need to do is add the list name in the specific products settings and I am good to go, right? I’ve been creating different parsers for different sites – but I don’t need to do that (and actually CAN’T) for different lists being accessed by ONE particular eStore installation, correct?
Hope this makes sense
Thanks!
B
Yes you are correct. As long as you are creating the parser with the same “From” address rule (example: sales@example.com) then all you need to do is enter the list name in the products that you want to use this. The parser will match based on the “From” address rule.
