If I have more than one membership site will the Aweber API work with all sites (I would have different list name with each membership site, I assume it would?

Would I have to use the same AWeber Authorization Code with every install of emember?

Yeah, it will work on all the installs. You just enabled the feature the same way on all the installs where you want to use it.
