Average User – Acces to Protected Content

Hi, I created 3 membership levels and completed the grant access section for each level. However when I go on the site I can access information that I’m not supposed to have (since I’m not “officially” a member). And then I realized, at what point/where am I supposed to tell eMember what the average/random user has access to without them being a free member (no sign up required)?
