Hi, I have a few questions regarding the auto-responder and mailchimp settings.
If I enable Mailchimp autoresponder in settings, what will happen to the email sent by the plugin listed on the WP eMembers > Email Settings page.
Will they be sent by mailchimp? or via the plugin?
If they are not going to be sent via mailchimp even after enabling it, is there a way I can make the mails be sent via mailchimp?
When you enable mailchimp, the only thing it will do is add the member to your mailchimp list. Given, you didn’t disable the double opt-in option, mailchimp will send a confirmation email (their standard signup confirmation email) to the user. This does not replace anything. eMember will send send the standard registration completion email with the message you specify in email settins.
