Hi – I want to have purchasers of product “A” to go to list “A”, which I designated in the Add/Edit Products section under Autoresponder.
All other purchases are to go to my “Sale” list.
Product A just sold, but the purchaser got added to the “Sale” list, not the “A” list.
I did the email parser thingy (which corrected my last problem).
How do I fix this?

For example create a test product and use List “A” as the product specific autoresponder. Then purchase this product and verify that the autoresponder stuff is working for it. Do this test with debug option enabled and share the content of the “squeeze_form_debug.log” log file. Don’t forget to reset the debug log file from the settings menu of the plugin so you can get a clean capture.
February 23, 2011 at 3:07 pm #29343njevicSpectatorSelected debug log (didn’t see where/how to reset it) and saved.
Ran a test transaction. FTP’d the squeeze_form_debug.log file (didn’t see it on the Settings screen) – the squeeze_form_debug.log was blank.

The following post will explain on debugging:

February 24, 2011 at 1:06 pm #29345njevicSpectatorOk – I upgraded (btw, I’m not getting any email notifications).
Reset Debug log files. Made sure that Debug log was checked. Ran another transaction.
The squeeze_form_debug.log is still blank. The ipn_handle_debug.log file showed the transaction I ran.
February 25, 2011 at 3:14 am #29346amin007ParticipantActually my fault.. I told you to share the wrong debug log file. For autoresponder signup after a payment the debug goes to the “eStore_post_payment_debug.log” file. Please share the content of that file.
February 28, 2011 at 2:33 am #29347njevicSpectatorThe 2/24 transaction was the test. The 2/28 transaction is for a “non-A” product sale; i.e. a sale that I want added to the default list, which works as it is suppose to.

February 28, 2011 at 6:02 am #29348amin007ParticipantLooks like the plugin is trying to do the item specific autoresponder signup. I have sent you an email.
