Automatically Pay Affiliates on every purchase referred from their website

Is there a way that i can automatically pay our affiliates when a customer purchases a book, without me having to pay manually.

No. Its generally not a good practice to do that. Bunch of things can go wrong with a transaction (like a fraudulent transaction, a refund, chargeback etc). When the commission is paid out in a months time or so, it lets you account for all those. This is why you will see that all reputable companies apply the same process for commission payout (whereby the commission is paid out at a later time).
