Automatically add affiliate ID to any page URL?

My client has a store and they want their affiliates to be able to click a button that will automatically post the affiliate’s link to social media sites (Twitter, FB, etc).

I’m using the WP e-Commerce store and i know there are plugins for FB Like & Share buttons, but I was wondering if there’s anyway to integrate it so that the affiliate’s ID is included in that link or if there is some way to accomplish this, whether using the Like/Share buttons or not. Preferably, there would be a button for the affiliate to click on right from the product page (visible only when an affiliate is logged in, maybe?). I’m also using the eMember plugin if that helps.

Update: There is an addon that can be use to add share links below each affiliate ads:

The affiliate platform plugin doesn’t have this type of capability.

So I’ve been thinking more about this because my client REALLY wants this capability. I was wondering if there is a line of PHP that calls the affiliate ID that I could use to plug in to a URL elsewhere on the site, that way the ID would be added to whatever links I need it to be on.

Is something like that possible? Thanks!

Yep, just call the following function and it will return the Affiliate ID:

wp_affiliate_get_referrer()
