This is kind of confusing and help would be much appreciated!!

I have 2 products, and I want to offer different pricing depending on the quantity of the product ordered. It gets tricky because the pricing discount is different for each product.

So, for product #1, if you order 1-9 products, they are $295 each. If you order 10 or more, they are $285 each. 50 or more, $275 each. Then, for product #2, 1-9 product orders are $629 each, and ten or more is $591 each.

As far as I can tell, I can’t apply a coupon PER PRODUCT UNIT ordered, I can only offer a set percentage or dollar amount off the subtotal, and even then I can’t automatically apply this because I have 2 products with different discount amounts.

Is there any way to do this short of PHP edits? And if I do need to add some PHP could I use the code in the below post and edit it to fit my parameters?

    Discount- Changing $item['price']

    Thanks so much!

Actually, before anyone spends too much time on this, don’t worry about it- I’m just going to set up coupons with the exact percentage discount amounts per each individual product. I think this is the easiest way to deal with this- thanks.

How can you have a shopping cart that doesn’t give bulk quantity discounts?

This is one of the main reasons why we explain what our plugin does and how it does it on our sales and documentation pages. You can avoid these kind of misunderstanding by carefully reviewing the feature list and the documentation pages. You can also ask us questions if you have any confusion prior to purchasing any product.
