I’ve encountered a problem with the auto-upgrade feature. I have built a 60 lesson course (members receive access to a new lesson every day for 60 days), however, the auto upgrade feature only works for certain individuals. For others, they might receive the first 3-4 lessons, then several days will go by without their accounts updating to the next lesson. This despite the fact they continue to login.
Can you please advise if there is a setting I’m missing. As I’ve mentioned, the upgrade flow seems to work fine for certain members… which is why I’m totally stumped.
Please get a recent build of eMember and let me know if its working properly:
I updated as requested, but auto upgrade does not seem to be working properly. Any further ideas?
It still does the same thing as you explained before or you are seeing a different behavior.
It is still doing the same thing as before – several members are logging in daily but not being upgraded to the next lesson in the series. Considering this course is live, this has become quite the headache!
I have sent you an email to get site access so I can investigate this.
Upgraded emember to version 6.0.6 and it seems to now be working.
