Hi,

I tried to fill out the automatic update form, but I don’t know how to find my transaction id. Where is this? I don’t see it in my original email from you.

The Transaction ID is contained in the e-mail you received from service@paypal.com when you made your original purchase.

You can also log into your PayPal account and find this transaction which will have the transaction ID.
