Auto logout after 30 minutes is not working in eMember

Hi,

I’ve set my eMember to auto logout members after 30 minutes of inactivity, but it hasn’t worked. My test members are just logged in until I log them out. Could you tell me if I would be incurring some kind of expense by just letting people stay logged in? Or could there be some other problem with allowing that? I’m hoping I can just leave it blank!

You will not be incurring any kind of expense by letting letting people stay logged in. The standard practice is to let them stay logged in.
