what is currently required to activate Authorize.net?

the link on this page does not load:

is functionality included in the newest version of eStore? if i upgrade, do i lose all my settings?

That URL loads fine for me. Can you try it again? There is an addon that you need to download from that page for authorize.net. You never loose your settings by upgrading WP eStore.
