MemberI don’t get many sales on Authorize.net for my client but it has stopped working. In trouble shooting I have checked the settings…API and key are correct – even created a new key. It is like it is stuck on the return trip.
I notice it goes to the Oops page I created for canceling order. URL is https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll showing….
I have one transaction setting at authorize.net under Unsettled that shows an error. All tests since changing the key give me no errors and are not posting to authorize.net.
Running v 6.3.7

MemberHi,
When somebody clicks checkout what exactly happens? Does the person get an error immediately?
Can you please provide a link to a page so we can see for ourselves?

MemberAdd items to cart, choose Authorize.net go to their checkout, enter information, click submit, return to client site but to the cancel page not the thank you page. Order shows up at authorize.net under unsettled with a random error…(different everytime) No email generated from either wp eStore or authorize.net.

KeymasterTo me that looks like the Authorize.net is not accepting the payment. Until authorize.net clears the payment eStore won’t do anything. Please contact Authorize.net and find out why they are not accepting the credit card.
