I have Authorize.net loaded in plugins. It shows up properly in the Payment Gateway settings. I have the api login and transaction key setup. When I go to purchase a product in the cart using Authorize.net, it goes to PayPal instead of Authorize.net. Any help would be great. Thanks.
August 28, 2010 at 1:09 pm #23762amin007ParticipantCan you please post a link to the page where you are using it?

August 29, 2010 at 12:33 am #23764wpCommerceModeratorCan you please turn off the “encrypted website payment” from your PayPal profile and uncheck the “fancy checkout redirection” in the WP eStore settings? let me know how it goes.
August 29, 2010 at 8:40 pm #23765TheronMemberThat worked. Thanks.
January 23, 2011 at 8:43 pm #23766alet42macMemberHi, there. Even though I have checked both areas (PayPal encrypted website payment is off and “fancy checkout redirection” is unchecked), my Buy Now button on this page: http://wordpresstowebsite.com/product-page/ (test page) still takes you to PayPal with an error message. I would prefer to only use Authorize.net, which I also have checked and configured in the Settings area of the plugin. So what else could be the problem that I am overlooking?
Thanks for your help.

January 24, 2011 at 4:27 am #23767wpCommerceModeratorHi, You need to use “Add to Cart” type button for the Authorize.net payment gateway. “Buy Now” and “Subscription” button types are specific to PayPal.
January 24, 2011 at 5:29 pm #23768alet42macMemberThank you! That worked.
Warmly,

April 29, 2011 at 2:33 am #23769Chris AitkenMemberIs there a way to enable the “Buy Now” link functionality for Authorize.net? I am selling single products but my target market is likely to use credit cards versus PayPal. I’m not totally happy having a shopping cart for a single item purchase. Thanks in advance for any help!
Cheers, Chris
April 29, 2011 at 5:43 am #23770amin007ParticipantNo, the “Buy Now” functionality doesn’t have authorize.net gateway option yet.
If credit card processing is your only concern then I just want to mention that your customers can pay via credit card even if you use PayPal (PayPal has credit card processing option too):

August 17, 2011 at 8:26 pm #23771mrdanMemberI am having problems with using wp payments plugin. I have enabled authorize.net AIM API.
“Block Non-encrypted Website Payment” is off from my PayPal profile and I do not have “fancy checkout redirection” set in the WP eStore settings.
When attempting to purchase a product from wp estore, it goes to paypal standard instead of using auth.net. Nothing else is checked in the WP Payments Settings plug ins.
Any suggestions?
August 18, 2011 at 1:04 am #23772adminKeymasterDo you want to use multiple gateway options or just one option (auth.net AIM)?
If you want to use one gateway (auth.net AIM) then make sure you have the “Use PayPal Payment Gateway” checkbox unchecked from the payment gateway settings menu of eStore.
If you want to use multiple gateways then make sure you have the “Use Multiple Payment Gateways” checkbox checked from the payment gateway settings menu of eStore.
Basically, if you are not using the use multiple gateway checkbox (meaning you want to use one gateway) then the plugin gives PayPal the preference.
August 18, 2011 at 2:20 am #23773mrdanMember“Use Paypal Payment Gateway” and multiple are unchecked and I just get Paypal even though Authorize.net AIM is checked. I only want to use Authorize.net AIM.
Now when I check both “Use Paypal Payment Gateway” and “Use Multiple Payment Gateways” along with “Use Authorize.net Advanced Integration Methode” checked, it still goes directly to Paypal Standard Payment and I am not offered Authorize.net.
I am using WP eStore Settings v 5.8.7 and WP Payment Gateway Bundle – Settings v1.2.3.
What else can I try? It seems to be totally ignoring Authorize.net AIM checked box.
August 18, 2011 at 11:12 pm #23774adminKeymasterI think the cookie is stuck. Can you please post a link to your products page so I can check it out. Do you have the “Enable Fancy Redirection On Checkout” option checked in eStore settings?
August 18, 2011 at 11:35 pm #23775mrdanMemberHere is link to product [http://mindfulhub.com/premium-subscription/]
I do not have the “Enable Fancy Redirection On Checkout” option checked in eStore settings.
I currently have the multiple set with both paypal standard set in estore settings and Authorize.net AIM in WP payment plugin set.
