Authorize.net how to add custom field (read terms check box)

Can we add a custom field to the Authorize.net form and capture the value so we can see it in the dashboard and/or export the value?

The terms and conditions is designed the following way

Your customer/user have to agree to them before they can continue to payment page. There is no other way to bypass this. They can’t say “I don’t agree to the terms” and then move ahead. You will never have a situation where a customer purchased something without agreeing to the terms and conditions. So this value is already there by default which is (Yes I have read the terms).
