MemberDouble checked Authorize.net API and Transaction key, all is correct, but when I go to check out with Authorize.net it gives me a page with Error 99.

ParticipantPlease post a link to the page where I can add a product to the cart and try the checkout. What version of eStore are you using?

ParticipantThank you. You are getting the following error on Authorize.net:
(99) This transaction cannot be accepted. This error means the following according to Autorize.net:
The server-generated fingerprint does not match the merchant-specified fingerprint in the x_FP_Hash fieldNow, that indicates that the values you entered in the “Authorize.net Login” and “Authorize.net Transaction Key” fields in the settings menu are not matching with the ones given to your by Authorize.net. Can you check this values again please and make sure you don’t have any space at the start or end of those values?

MemberThat was exactly it.
Got a new Transaction key from the client, inputted it, and everything worked like a charm.
Thanks for the help.

MemberCan you explain why this happens? I suddenly started getting this error 99 as well, a customer told me when they tried to check out. I did the above and replaced the Transaction Key but it concerns me that my cart would suddenly stop working like this. What causes it and how can we prevent it? I guess I will need to test my cart daily to make sure things are working properly or is there some kind of magic plugin for that?
