Error Message 13 The Merchant ID or Password is invalid or the account is inactive
I went from a previous error message dealing with paypal ipn issue (iam using authorize.net) to this
I could use some help with this i have contacted authorize for assistance on their end
The error message is telling you what the error actually is.
"The Merchant ID or Password is invalid or the account is inactive"
Please go to the “Authorize.net” settings in eStore and make sure you have entered the correct merchant ID and password for your account. I have seen one case where Authorize.net issues a new merchant ID and password to a customer and didn’t notify them so the customer was using the old one which wasn’t validating on Authorize.net. So please contact them and collect the correct merchant ID and password.
