    The following errors have occurred.

    (5) A valid amount is required.

Page: button at bottom of the page right before video

Comments: I have removed the caching plugin and there is no call to it in the wp-config. I have cleared my browser’s cache as has my assistant. Is there anywhere else I need to remove W3 Cache files?

    Thanks

Hi, This error usually happens if you have entered an incorrect amount for the product price.

Are you wanting to use PayPal buy now button or authorize.net buy now button there? What shortcode have you entered on that page?

    Authoize only

    Buttons:

    <p>[wp_eStore_buy_now_button id=3]</p>

    [wp_eStore_buy_now_for_specific_gateway id=”3″ gateway=”authorize”]

I have disabled paypal in the settings

Thank you. The shortcode for authorize.net buy now button looks correct. I will need to take a look at your setup to see what else could be causing the issue. I sent you an email to get access to the site.

Update The first thing I did is load a fresh copy of the plugin on your site then I did a test and everything started to work.
