Audio popup not working. Video fine, no audio.

I bought the plugin specifically so I could have video, images and audio players in pop up windows on the same page. The video works fine, but the audio doesn’t pop up at all. When I click the anchor text, the page scrolls a tiny bit, but nothing pops up.

I copied and pasted the shortcode directly from your instruction guide. Here is what I’m using:

I have tried various WP Lightbox settings and still I get the same result. I think it is a conflict with my theme (Divi by Elegant Themes) which also has a lightbox feature, and I have written to them for help as well.

Again, this feature is the only reason why I upgraded to the $39.99 version. Otherwise the free version suits my needs. I look forward to your reply.
