I was wondering if there is a Email tag for Payer Phone or if the list shown on this page http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-estore-shortcodes-and-functions-reference-460 are the only email tags.
I would also like to know if there is a way to create a email tag for a custom field and if there is can you explain how to do this.
No, those are the only tags currently supported.
Unless you are proficient at PHP programming, it is not possible for you to “roll your own” tags. If you *really* want to, you can request a custom work order quote, and someone will get back to you:
