Are tags allowed in the Product Specific Instructions for Buyer area?

Hi there, I’m setting up a new product in my WPEstore and I was wondering if I can use the {payer_email} tag in the section where it says “Product Specific Instructions for Buyer” when adding a product. I need to have them click on a link that has their email as a variable in the link. For an example link would look like:

[http://www.mywebsite.com/?e=mybuyersemail@email.com]

So, basically would this work below in the “Product Specific Instruction for Buyer” settings:

[http://www.mywebsite.com/?e={payer_email}]
