I am using emember and the shopping plugin. After I tested it, I received an email to complete the registration, but the link was incomplete
?member_id=1&code=207f21bdde59cd339c733238ed7374e8
I checked to see if my registration page URL was placed in the right box and it is. It’s placed in the box that says “Registration Page:”. The only problem is that when I go to the registration page I created, there is no box. It says:
Free membership is disabled on this site!
Please visit the Payment Page to pay for a membership.Click Here
I don’t want to offer a free membership. Since it’s a digital/physical product, I want people to pay, get the email, and be able to register for access to the digital content on the website, while the physical product gets shipped. How can I get this all worked out?
Thank you

I know you have checked it once but can you please go back and save that value again? What version of eMember and eStore are you using?
July 2, 2011 at 1:05 pm #33891thebizMemberI am using emember v6.6.6 and estore v 5.5.6.
The registration URL is in the specified box and I have re-saved it. I can try again to see if the URL email gets sent properly, but when I go to the registration URL it says: Free membership is disabled on this site!
Please visit the Payment Page to pay for a membership.Click Here
Isn’t there supposed to be a registration box there?
July 3, 2011 at 12:07 am #33892amin007Participant“Isn’t there supposed to be a registration box there?” – No, the registration box will only appear there for a user who makes a payment and clicks on that unique registration link sent to that person.
If you were using free membership option then the registration box would always be there to accomodate the free signups. Since, you are only using paid membership so the only way to access the registration form is to make a membership payment.
When you do another test please also enable debug so I can see what exactly happened. This post will explain more about debug option:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/how-and-when-to-enable-debug-and-what-does-it-do
If you share the content of the “subscription_handle_debug.log” file after the transaction it will help me see the issue.
