Photo Seller – Applying Discount Coupon to Albums?

Is there an option to apply the discount coupon to an Album rather than a gallery.

I have Albums set up with a number of sub Galleries in each Album. For Example:

Album: Sporting Event X

Gallery: Show 1

Gallery: Show 2

Album: Weddings

Gallery: Fred’s Wedding

Gallery: Ginger’s Wedding

So I only want to apply my discount to the Album Sporting Event X and the sub galleries within that album.

Or am I using Galleries/Albums incorrectly ?

Hi,

At the moment coupons can be applied to specific galleries or site-wide (all galleries).

The coupon functionality you are describing is currently not possible.

I looked at the code, and applying coupons to an album would require a moderate amount of new implementation and also a database change.

I will put this on the TODO list.

If it’s really urgent for your specific situation we can discuss doing a paid custom development job for you – just let me know.
