I am using WP eMember on my web site at http://InternetMentorship.com and I am really pleased with it.
I have a 300+ html ecourse that I let all registered members download in either .exe or .html format. The download page is within WordPress and is protected by WP eMember so it ensures people register first.
I was thinking it would be nice to upload the html files so members could browse them directly online as well. Is there any way to do this where the WP eMember permissions will also apply to the html course that is not in WordPress? It would be too much work to import 300+ pages into WordPress and protect each one.
Thanks.

I added a plugin that allowed me to embed an iframe into a WordPress page with the html course I wanted to protect. Then I just protected that page.
The solution isn’t perfect, people could see the individual links to the pages and pass them on that way, but it would be difficult to pass on the whole course as the navigation system isn’t there unless they know the start page name. So I could just make the start page name something obscure, but they could pick it up from the source code. It is a free course anyway, but I do want people to login first. If it was a paid course, I would probably find a way to block the source code viewing to protect it further.

November 13, 2016 at 8:29 pm #37143stephMemberHi there, Im having an issue regarding protecting a page base on a Membership Level.
Page 1: URL: AAA —>>> Membership Level 1
Page 2: URL: BBB —>>> Membership Level 2
Page 3: URL: CCC —>>> Membership Level 3
While each page is protected individually by copy and pasting the different URL in the browser I seem to have problems once Im already logged in. Lets say im logged in as Membership Level 2; I should ONLY access this Page 2 BUT if I copy the URL of Page 3 while still clogged in as Membership Level 2 it gives me access to Page 3. That was supposed not to…
I defined all permissions but seems to not work…
Any idea?
Thank you,
Steph
