I am using a (non-HQ) shortcode to create a four column layout on WP Pages. In each of the 4 columns, I have added a PrettyPhotoLightbox (HQ) shortcode. I stack many of these 4 column “blocks” down my page to make a nice multi-row grid to display lots of videos on a single page. Everything looks good and works well.
What I want to know is how many videos (shortcodes) I can publish on my pages. We have hundreds and hundreds of short video clips, and I need to figure out at what point to paginate.
Obviously usability is a consideration… but I just wanted to know if “weird things” might start happening when there are “too many” shortcodes on a single page?
If it matters, this is the PrettyPhotoLightbox shortcode I am using… [wp_lightbox_prettyPhoto_video link=”https://vimeo.com/117213463/” width=”1280″ height=”720″ source=”http://127.0.0.1/pct_01/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/90697-studio-cam-launch-460-259.jpg” title=”Studio Cam Clip 1″]
You’ll also notice that I removed the description parameter… won’t be needing it. I’m building on a local host so I can’t give you a link to the actual page.
Thanks
Doug
@Luke – To save you some time, I am posting the response you sent me via email, to my question…
“There is no limit to how many shortcodes you can use on a page using our plugin. You can use as many as you want to.”
PS: Thanks for fixing up the “forum posting” issue I was having. All seems to be fixed now. Cheers.

That is correct.
