Photo Seller – Bulk Import freezes

Hi, Importing images by bulk import does not work. It freezes prompted systematically.

zip for 632 photos, refusing import. (Error opening zip file)

zip for 316 photos, it stops at 76

zip for 100 photos, it stops at 96

to zip 50 photos, it stops at 49

sometimes below 50 happens and sometimes it does not.

There is nothing to report in the log file (I enabled testing and debugging)

Hi,

This is typical behaviour when your server is running out of PHP memory.

What is the value for the PHP memory_limit setting on your server? (ask you host provider if you don’t know how to find this)

Also please paste the error message from your server error log file so we can see it.
