An error message when editing the General Settings -> Aff Center Index Page Opti

As far as I can tell, it is only when I am changing the text for the aff center index page. (There are no empty spaces before or after the text in either the title or text input boxes). How do I fix the errors? (a result of the errors: only the sign-up and log-in boxes on the index page show up. The rest does NOT. I’m using the shortcode method of hosting the aff center on my own WP pages. )

Can you please elaborate which “text” you are changing and where exactly are you doing the changes?
