I have just set up my Amazon S3 accoount following your tutorial.
I have created a page for download now but get this error message.
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

You have a space in the file name. Amazon s3 doesn’t like it when file names have space character. Rename your file to remove any space character then re-upload the file.
