Hi,
Trying to trouble shoot- a problem with downloading video stored on s3- I believe S3 updated their console some time ago and since then I have noticed all links are failing to decompress successfully. Is this a problem with Estore or S3? or both?
Have tried re creating a new bucket on S3 which didn’t help, and now wondering if anyone with Estore has noticed this same problem and has success fixing it? The customers purchase video product with pay pal, the link is emailed, however when they click the link its downloads for approx 5-7 seconds then fails and a message saying decompression failed. I am in Australia (brisbane) and this is happening here, but also in the US.

This would be an amazon s3 issue on your account. If the download of a file starts then that means eStore was able to successfully authenticate with the API and start the download. Amazon s3 takes over from that point onwards. Let the amazon s3 support team take a look at your s3 account and they will be able to help.
