Before adding anything I tested all addresses to s3. They worked and Paypal worked. I have changed nothing. Now I am receiving a notice with the same addresses that the connection can’t be made. I will have to take down my store until this is resolved. The only thing I notice is that s3 seems to have a new format. When I look at its link the region is included. Should I change my links to do this? I’m totally confused by what has happened.
February 9, 2017 at 11:00 pm #75148wzpModeratorSomething had to have changed somewhere. Maybe there was some update applied to your s3 region.
Please review these instructions, to ensure proper setup of Amazon S3 integration.
February 10, 2017 at 1:58 pm #75149FeirMemberNone of these previously working addresses has changed. They were set up according to the wp estore instructions [according to your link]. Everyone of them was tested before going public. They worked. I have had trouble before with the region chosen on S3. Originally I chose Montreal since I am in Canada. Upon hiring a technician I was told that the region Montreal wouldn’t work for wp estore. I was told to choose Ireland. I did and changed all my products accordingly. This worked. Now exactly the same thing is happening. Has the region of Ireland stopped being accepted? Do I have to change again?

We shall investigate that.
February 11, 2017 at 3:46 pm #75151FeirMemberI have now bought S3 browser pro and changed my buckets to Ohio. I really don’t know if central Canada will work. Still no connection. I am now getting

All addresses are in the following format

Per Amazon…
The following regions don’t support Signature Version 2. You must use Signature Version 4 to sign API requests in these regions:
US East (Ohio) Region
Canada (Central) Region
Asia Pacific (Mumbai) Region
Asia Pacific (Seoul) Region
EU (Frankfurt) Region
EU (London) Region
China (Beijing) Region
Translation: Don’t use those regions for S3 Integration.
Ireland ***SHOULD*** have worked. Were you using the eu-west-1 region (Ireland)?
February 11, 2017 at 5:49 pm #75153FeirMemberCould you tell me how to assign signature 4 and I’ll give it a try.
February 11, 2017 at 5:59 pm #75154FeirMemberSo you suggest I move the buckets back to Ireland? They also weren’t working there. I only saw one choice for region. It just said Ireland.

The plugin’s S3 integration coding must be upgraded on our end.
