Allow members to add their profile pic on the update profile page

I would like to allow member to update their profit pic on my update profile page [http://www.studythebiblenow.com/profile/] but it does not seem that they can at the moment?

WP –> eMember –> Settings –> Pages/Forms Settings –> Edit Profile Form Fields –> Enable Profile Thumbnail image

Please note: If WP –> eMember –> Settings –> General Settings –> WP eMember Settings -> Pages/Forms Settings -> Edit Profile Form Fields -> Enable Profile Thumbnail image is set; members must use Gravatar.com to update their profile images. If it is not set, they can update their profile images using the edit profile form.
