Is it possible with emember to allow a member the ability to edit a specific post or page? That is when logged in only has access to specific post or page to edit.

You would have to set it up so that eMember also automagically logs the user into WordPress. Then, the matching posts/roles of the corresponding WP user profile will take effect.
