I am using this shortcode: [wp_eStore_category_products_fancy id=1 style=101]

is there a way to have the product, description and price and buy button all on one line?

Nope, the fancy displays the pre-configured display to help some people but you don’t have to use them. You can do your own display based on however you want your product display to look like. This post will explain more:
