Hello, when we try to export our membership data using the export all member data button we get this error.. in chrome.
wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp_eMember_manage&members_action=export_members_data might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE
In FireFox it pops open a new blank window tab.I have disabled ALL the other plugins but emember, and reinstalled a fresh copy of emember any ideas?

April 7, 2023 at 4:03 pm #84867wzpModeratorThe “…might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address” browser message occurs because your browser is unable to access the website; or that specific page. Since you did not post your domain name in the error message, we are unable to do any checking from this end. My first suggestion is that you at check to see if your domain registration is current, or pointing to where you think it’s supposed to go.
April 7, 2023 at 9:38 pm #84871adminKeymasterHi, One more question. Are you using the custom fields feature of the plugin?
April 12, 2023 at 6:44 am #84873nwmSpectatorHi, the new version of the plugin 10.5.4 fixed the problem.
Thanks Craig
