Hi,
I have this issue:
[http://store.sebastianbularca.com/albums/album2/]
This is just a page where I am displaying the galleries in the album using the shortcode [WPS_photo_album id=”2″]. Some of the galleries appear to have the wrong size on thumbnail in the element container when displaying the content of an album.
In the default /photogallery they look correct – [http://store.sebastianbularca.com/photogallery/]
Any idea what could be the issue?
Thank you.
July 2, 2016 at 7:39 am #73567PeterMemberI think the following should fix that:
1) Go and grab the following plugin:
http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-custom-css-plugin-6413
2) Then add the following CSS code in the settings of the above plugin:
#albumcontainer .album_item_bottom_t2{
max-height: none !important;
}July 2, 2016 at 9:43 pm #73568uziheadMemberThank you, it fixed the issue partially. The second row of the album is still having the issue.
July 3, 2016 at 12:41 am #73569PeterMemberNo I don’t see any issues. Both rows appear the same.
Which browser are you using?
July 3, 2016 at 9:24 pm #73570uziheadMemberHmm…
The issue is present both in Google Chrome and Safari. It doesn’t seem to be a caching issue…
July 4, 2016 at 2:49 am #73571PeterMemberI just tried again on firefox, chrome and explorer and all are displaying the page correctly.
I am using a 15″ dell laptop.
What type of device are you using?
July 4, 2016 at 10:31 pm #73572uziheadMemberOk, so:
I am using:
1. MacBook Pro 13″, latest model, retina screen
2. 2 x PCs, different gaming configurations (I am building my own pcs), multiple resolutions (1920×1200, 1080p, 2560×1440), since I am running 3 screens on each.
Chrome – [https://www.dropbox.com/s/00s7pqasqwz1mu2/Screenshot%202016-07-05%2000.21.43.png?dl=0]
Firefox – [https://www.dropbox.com/s/bla4v7yca3skeij/Screenshot%202016-07-05%2000.26.19.png?dl=0]
Edge – [https://www.dropbox.com/s/5yhgu611jqtijtn/Screenshot%202016-07-05%2000.27.46.png?dl=0]
Safari is the same
I don’t understand how it is working for you.
July 5, 2016 at 12:12 am #73573PeterMemberHave you asked other people to independently look at the same page to see if everyone else sees what you see or what I see?
I have sent you an email with a screenshot which will show you how your album page actually looks when I view it.
July 5, 2016 at 3:29 am #73574adminKeymasterI see no issue with it. Here is what I see (tested in multiple browsers):

There has to be some kind of weird issue going on somewhere on your site. Do you only see it on that SAME photo all the time? or does that change?
Does your hosting provider use any caching on their end? Do you use any CDN services?
Did you already try the following theme test?
