On all of the non-home pages there is a header image of downtown Denver. It displays correctly until a user logs in as a member. Then the header image is shifted down and creates a space above the image and below the black bar that shows the site’s tan background color.

How do I fix this issue when members login?

    Thanks,

    Mike

Our plugin doesn’t touch the header at all. There is likely a customization that you added for when members are logged-in. That customization is messing up the header.

Please do the following test to see if you can figure out if the customization is in your theme’s file or in a plugin’s file:

I use the DIVI theme and the header is just a full width module at the top of the page. When switching to the default WordPress theme the image does not show up at all due to it being a module in DIVI.

Additionally, I deactivated all the plugins except WP eMember and the image still shows incorrectly only when logged in.

Is it the admin toolbar that appear in the top that is pushing the image down? It would be good if you could share a link to your login page and the login details of a test member so I could see it.

Can you enable the following option from eMember settings to see if that makes any difference?

    Hide Admin Toolbar for All

I checked the ‘Hide Admin Toolbar for All’ and it did not help.

Thank you. I can’t see how emember plugin’s CSS is causing it though. I will send you an email for it.
