Hi there,
I have estore, affiliates and emember plugins. I can see an option on the eStore settings page to automatically create an affiliate account after a purchase. I can also see a settings on the emember plugin for automatically creating an affiliate account after registration.
But is there a way to create both an emember and affiliate account following a purchase?
Many Thanks,
Sebastian

September 28, 2014 at 4:49 pm #65707bastywebbSpectatorI’m just thinking that I’ve already got general membership (via eMember) linked to my affiliate membership – there is just one login/registration form for everything. And I’d now like to automatically create an account for customers when they make a purchase. But I don’t want this to result in affiliate accounts being created when membership accounts are not. Users still need to be able to login using the one login form.
There is already an option to automatically create affiliate accounts after a user registers via emember. It would be handy if this could be a two-way process whereby automated affiliate registrations (as the result of an eStore purchase) then trigger automatic eMember registrations.
Cheers,
Sebastian
September 28, 2014 at 4:51 pm #65708bastywebbSpectatorI appreciate that I may need to do this manually by adding some code that triggers the eMember registration function after a purchase. Just thought I’d see if this was possible without hacking the plugins.
Cheers,
Sebastian
September 28, 2014 at 6:04 pm #65709wzpModeratorWould it be acceptable to force people to signup for an account, before they can checkout?

If you are uncomfortable with doing your own hacks; you can request a custom work order quote:
April 20, 2016 at 10:59 am #65712attunedSpectatorI’d love to have the option to automatically create eMember account after eStore purchase. Do you have any plans for developing an addon for that?
April 21, 2016 at 3:23 am #65713adminKeymasterYou can already do that with the existing eStore and eMember integration:
You can use any of the following user registration flow (in your case you will probably use the word customer instead of member):
