after a free 7 day trial expires how can members still have free access

after a 7 day free trial looking at all the content, how can those free trial members stay as free members but only see a portion of the full content?

You can have the first free membership level expire after 7 days, to another more limited free level. The second free level can have more limited access than the first.,
