We are starting a new website that offers services… not products. The cost of each service will be negotiated ‘off line’… and there is essentially no need to even build an estore just yet. How can affiliate platform help such an agreement? I would like to offer affiliate commissions per sale generated from their leads…
1 affiliate sends client
2 client comes to site and fills out contact form
3 we contact client, agree terms, and begin work
Is there any way affiliate platform can help such an agreement function?
Thank you!
Well, if you possibly see an eStore in your future; you could “sell” free consultations, and then use manual checkout to collect the basic contact information.
Thanks for your response.
Is there a way to log a ‘completed sale’ upon filing out the contact form?
Which contact form are we talking about?
If you are using Gravity forms or Contact form 7 then there are pre-made integration options that you could use:
WP Affiliate Platform and Gravity Forms PayPal Addon Integration
I could use a hand implementing… i think #2 of Admin’s suggestion above… not sure if this is the right place to post a request, if not I apologize, and if someone can please direct me where to post. If anyone is available place let me know. Thank you!
You can use this form to get in touch with us for customization like this:
missed this… sorry. just had someone start working on it. At this point he says that contact form 7 is not properly working with affiliate platform. it is not registering content of form. he is working now on uninstalling and reinstalling.
just to update… contact form 7 works with affiliate platform just fine. Didn’t ‘kick the tires’ yet, but all seems in order. We needed to reinstall a couple times, so if anyone out there is trying the same thing, just be patient and persistent… It will work… and looks good too
Thanks
