Affiliate platform – one affiliate link taking over?

It appears that one of the affiliates account is taking over every sale. I am the admin of my site, but every sale in my site is been accounted to one affiliate account, also when i am sure it didn’t have anything to do with its referrals. I opened one affiliate account for myself, and that account is getting 2nd tier commission for it…

What to do?
