When a member log in to the affiliate area they are redirected to the Home page of the site. Where can this URL be changed?

@HBin123, the URL you gave me seems to have a signup page for the eMember plugin. Are you having the redirection issue with eMember or the affiliate plugin?November 28, 2010 at 10:42 am #26764
We did this on purpose since all members become affiliates automatically so we didnt see the need for members to sign up for both the member site + the affiliate site.
It is when members log into the affiliate plugin the redirect happens. The eMember goes correctly to the membership level page

Thank you for the explanation… it makes sense. It looks like it is not getting the proper redirection URL after the login. Have you made any modification to the plugin code?November 29, 2010 at 1:40 pm #26766
Yes, we did some changes to make the plugin to our “likings” lol.
Here are the summary we have done to the Plugin:
Summary of Changes Made
1. wp_aff_includes.php in wp_aff_award_commission function
Added section to adjust commission settings for every affiliate according to their members level in eMember
2. Changes to ads_view and creatives_view, added new view for splash pages
3. affiliate_platform_affiliate_view.php in wp_aff_view_main_index function
Changed value of $signup_url to the direct URL of the signup page instead of wp_aff_view_get_url_with_separator(“signup”);
4. in e-member plugin file auth.php in login function
After $this->loggedIn = true;
Added a section to adjust commission settings for just the current affiliate according to their members level in eMember
Any of these changed that can have caused this?

The above changes should not cause this issue. The login redirect comes from the “wp_affiliate_platform1.php” file. So one easy way to fix this would be to get a fresh version and overwrite the “wp_affiliate_platform1.php” file only. You can get a fresh version of the plugin from here:November 30, 2010 at 7:58 am #26768
Thanx, just received the updates so will do that and see if that fixes the problem
