affiliates are able to login using chrome. but cannot login using safari. they are getting the message:
Invalid Login. Please try again with correct user name and password.
I have tested and it works on chrome. but not on safari.
nor does it work on firefox.
is there a setting i am missing?
i can only login to affiliate platform on chrome.
well. one step further.
i cannot login to the affiliate platform on any browser unless i am logged into the wordpress website.
please someone tell me what i am missing.
Something weird is going on your site. Please do the following:
1) Go to the settings menu and enable the debug option
2) Share the login credentials of a test affiliate account so I can check it.
3) Post the URL of your affiliate login page (so I can check it).

it seems that it does not work unless an admin is signed in. so, if i sign in to the wordpress admin panel then all affiliate logins work. as soon as i sign out. none work.
the debug file doesn’t have anything in it. even if i try to sign in.
Your PHP session is not working there.
