affiliate index page message

Hi,

In the affiliate settings there is a default index page message and it says below it, “This will appear on the index page of your affiliate center.”

But I do not see this message on the affiliate login, signup, or members page. Can you please tell me where this page appears for the affiliates?

Of if there is something I need to do to activate it or place it on a page?

Please post a link to your affiliate login or signup page.

This is the url listed under settings as Affiliate Login URL:

http://healwithyourhands.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-affiliate-platform/affiliates/login.php

I don’t see any other page listed to give to affiliates. Am I missing something?
