Affiliate ID minimum characters

Is there a way to specify that when someone signs up, their affiliate ID has to be no less than a certain character amount (for example, “Affiliate ID must be a minimum of 6 characters”)?

It already has a default 5 character minimum limit for the affiliate ID field.

The client is wondering if we can change it to 7?

Yeah you can tweak the code so it checks for minimum 7 characters. Which affiliate view option are you using?

Remember, when you tweak the code manually the future plugin upgrades won’t be trivial anymore.
