The Affiliate ID entry box is not showing up at checkout, I’ve only seen it one time in any of my test tries. I have Allow and Link Affiliate ID boxes checked in the eStore Addon settings section. Any help is appreciated. http://www.illitees.com
What shopping cart are you using? When I checked your site it didn’t look like WP eStore to me. Do you have an exact link to the page where you have placed a product and shopping cart using the eStore plugin?
I was wondering why it looked like that to, but I’m pretty sure its wp eStore, here is a screen shot of my plugins. I would like for it to look more clean and organized.

You have both the following plugins active:
– WP-eCommerce (from instinct entertainment)
– WP eStore (from Tips and Tricks HQ)
They are both shopping cart plugins and you should only be using one of them so I am not sure why you have both of them. Anyway, the eStore plugin is just active but the products on your site are embedded using the WP-eCommerce plugin.
If you watch the video tutorial here for the WP eStore plugin then you will recognize the difference:

Thank you, I guess you could say I was a little confused! Lol
I understand now, Thanks.
