Affiliate emails are not being received when new affiliates sign up

In the past, when new affiliates signed up I would get an email notifying me of the new affiliate and an email would be sent out to the new sign up. Yesterday I checked the affiliates section of wordpress and saw that there were 2 new affiliates that I did not know about. I didn’t receive an email and no email was sent out to the new affiliate. I double checked that the settings are still set to notify me of new sign ups. I tried doing a test sign up with a different email address and no emails were sent out or received by either address. I tried the debug option and it said that the email was sent. I also installed the email tester plug in and when I did the test both times I did receive the email.

I’m not sure why I used to get the emails and emails were sent out to the new sign ups, and now it is no longer happening.
