Affiliate Contact Form Messages Not Coming Through

Good morning!

I’m not receiving the messages that affiliates send through the contact form in the affiliate area. I’ve updated the contact email address several times to be sure it wasn’t an email issue on our end, and it’s not working with our domain email addresses or my generic Gmail address.

Are there other settings I should check or a way to remove that option altogether so they don’t think I’m just ignoring them?

I’m sorry; I don’t understand your question — what email? And what page?

I mean when a user goes to your affiliate signup page and signs up for an affiliate account, the plugin sends an email to confirm that the account was created. Do the users get that email? I am trying to determine if the email capability is working on your server or they are getting blocked somewhere.

If no emails are working then you can check the following checklist to determine the email issue on the server:

However, if some emails are working and just that contact form one is not working then I will do a different investigation.

Ah, yes, sorry about that — they do get the email when they sign up as well as when they reset their passwords. But I don’t receive emails they send me through the contact form.

Yes, where i supposed get the affiliate’s messages? i make an affiliate account by my self -different e mail- and check it, but no message come to my e mail.

I checked manually approval setting for each register.

I created an affiliate account so I can log in and test. However, you have the manual approval enabled. So you need to approve my account before I can log in.

Also, please enable the debug option from the affiliate plugin settings.

We are having the same issues. Cannot receive affiliate information once signed up? We tried a “test” as the affiliate, and there were no replies to either? How can we fix this issue?
