One of my affiliate would like to have more informations about the sale coming from his affiliate link in the automatic mail that he receives.

Is it possible to add in the affiliate commission notification email the name of the person who just bought a product, and his email adress ?

I’m using wp-estore plugin for the integration. Do you think it’s possible to get the name and email from the transaction ?

No, that email is sent by the affiliate plugin and it can’t contain the details you asked for. The affiliate can log into his affiliate portal and view the details there.
